Kidlink Treatment Services (a UHS company) network of programs includes more than 50 specialized educational and residential behavioral treatment centers. Each center provides programming for children and adolescents who may have been unsuccessful in previous treatment settings.
These services provide access to programs for male and female youth, including those with low cognitive functioning, severe emotional disturbance, sexually abusive behaviors, psychiatric disorders, or extreme anger or aggression issues. For more information please visit https://kidlinknetwork.com
The National Account Manager is responsible for achieving the desired utilization of the organization’s continuum of care through sales and marketing principles while maintaining strong relationships with key customers. This position will support national objectives and be actively involved in designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support expansion and growth of company services, products, and brand. This position will be involved in discussions related to a wide variety of issues for potential sales growth opportunities and future projects while managing a variety of digital assets, marketing campaigns, digital touch points.
This position will own the development and implementation of strategies for target customer channels, maintenance of analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting on a national level. Working on behalf of the UHS hospitals and residential treatment facilities, this position is accountable to understanding budgeted referral calls for each facility and the market overall, as well as for generating the required budgeted admissions.
The National Account Manager is responsible for executing the strategic sales plan within their assigned territory or facility, while promoting the brand and image of either KidLink or the facility they represent. This role is focused on achieving departmental business development goals and requires the ability to demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience, and dedication in a fast‑paced environment.
Hours are based on departmental and facility needs and may include day, evening, and weekend hours, as directed by the department.
Candidates must reside in one of the following states to be considered for this position: Arizona, Nevada, or Utah.
Acts as liaison between the facility and referral sources and implements service‑oriented action plans responsive to referral source needs, serves as a resource and representative to the community, and conducts facility tours to key stakeholders.
Assess, develop, and implement sales activities to achieve maximum market penetration among assigned accounts and identify potential accounts in targeted market segments. Develop and communicate appropriate sales messaging for each program offered and for each target audience. Daily monitoring of referral inquiries and admissions statistics. Conduct an ongoing analysis to ensure appropriateness and effectiveness of weekly sales action plans.
Identify and build a strategic sales plan for existing and potential referral sources within assigned territory and target markets. Build and maintain positive and productive relationships with existing referral sources and show ability to identify additional referral sources.
Maintain documentation of assigned top accounts, key contacts, planning reports, client profiles, competitive profiles, and update as required by the Sr. Divisional Director of Business Development and Divisional Director of Business Development. Complete all required reports and requests for information in a timely manner.
Maintain current awareness of industry and anticipate changes or trends in target market and utilize this information in developing and modifying weekly sales action plans, as well as providing recommendations to overall business development planning strategies.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
3-5 years related experience required
Must possess demonstrated business development concepts, sales abilities.
Knowledge of and skills in application of marketing and sales principles.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficient in data collection analysis and interpretation.
Competency in computer usage and Microsoft office suite.
