Nosh.com is seeking a founding operator to own the full operation in Chicago. You’ll handle production coordination with co-packers, build festival activations, drive field sales, and shape the brand from day one.
As the first team member, you’ll build systems, forge supplier relationships, and craft on-the-ground storytelling that resonates with local bars, retailers, and events. This is equity-heavy with real ownership opportunities.
