You will be working for our client, a full-service creative advertising agency that is based in the US focused on real estate and new home construction marketing. They help homebuilders and developers build their brands and connect with home shoppers through print and digital creative, from brochures and direct mail to digital ads, social graphics, and email design.

In your day-to-day, you will:
Execute production design for print and digital deliverables, including brochures, direct mail, social graphics, digital ads, and emails
Attend strategy and kickoff meetings to understand project goals and context
Implement feedback and revisions accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with creative and marketing team members to ensure all work aligns with strategic objectives and brand standards
Ensure all production and digital files meet provided specifications and consistently apply client brand guidelines
Review deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and design consistency
Skills you have:
2 to 4 years of design experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
A strong portfolio demonstrating clean, well-executed design across print and digital formats
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Comfortable using G-Suite/Microsoft tools and Mac OS
Solid understanding of typography, color, layout, and brand-driven design systems
Strong attention to detail and commitment to error-free execution
Skills that will make you stand out:
Experience with Figma or other UI/UX tools such as Unbounce, Squarespace, or Wix Studio
