Senior Brand Manager – Pharma (Hybrid)

Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead brand strategy and execution for Vyleesi (bremelanotide) and the NSAID/CVP portfolio.
You will develop and implement brand plans, messaging, and engagement programs to sustain commercial momentum. You will partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Regulatory teams, driving HCP and patient engagement, lifecycle initiatives, and influencer programs.
