RZ HR Studio seeks skilled video editors to join our network for high-growth eCommerce and DTC brands. You’ll edit UGC ads, VSLs, and direct response creatives, crafting cuts, hooks, captions, and sound design to drive engagement and conversions.
You’ll collaborate with strategists, buyers, copywriters, and founders, delivering multiple variations and iterating with data-driven feedback. A strong portfolio in paid social formats is preferred.
