Synergy is seeking a skilled technical writer to support U.S. Coast Guard IT documentation from a remote location.
You will gather, analyze, translate and compose information into clear manuals, guides, proposals and reports for both technical and non-technical audiences. Responsibilities include editing functional descriptions and system specifications, creating user migration plans and new site documents, and researching terminology to ensure accuracy.
