Head of Social Content & Fan Engagement

The Indiana Fever is seeking a Director of Social Content to lead the planning and execution of social content strategies across its properties, including the Indiana Pacers and Noblesville Boom. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of social media trends to drive fan engagement.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams. Experience in sports marketing and knowledge of basketball is essential. The position will involve some travel to support social coverage during games and events.
