Commercial Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum plus bonus, company car, training, progression and benefits. Location: Bristol (commutable from Taunton, Bridgwater, Chepstow, Thornbury, Weston‑Super‑Mare, Nailsea, Cheddar, Somerset, Avon, Gloucestershire).
About the role
We are looking for a Commercial Manager to play a vital role in operations for a multi‑million pound engineering business with clear progression. The position offers fundamental impacts on multi‑million contracts and highly competitive benefits within our longstanding, successful logistics company that supplies a range of equipment across the nuclear, marine and renewable sectors.
This Monday‑Friday, days‑based role is based at Head Office and Hinckley Point C. You will take ownership of marine, environmental and construction projects and commercial duties, ranging from tendering, quotations and logistics.
The role is suitable for an operations, commercial or bid specialist seeking permanent work, clear training & development and a competitive package.
Responsibilities
Operations Management – supervising teams.
Commercial leadership – finalising bids, tenders and contracts.
Supplying heavy lifting equipment.
Monday‑Friday hybrid working model.
Qualifications
Operations, logistics or commercial management experience.
Environmental or construction background.
Commutable to Bristol and Hinckley Point C.
