About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Brand and Creative to lead the global brand function and ensure that the brand is as impactful and mission-driven as the products it represents. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and evolving the brand strategy, positioning, and visual identity, and will lead a team of designers, creatives, and video producers to bring the brand to life across all touchpoints. This role requires a leader with a strong portfolio in brand-building and creative leadership, who can drive the development of breakthrough campaigns and innovative content that showcases the company's mission and customer impact. The VP will also be tasked with building and developing exceptional teams, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement, and partnering with senior leaders across the business to ensure cohesive brand experiences.
Applicants for the Vice President of Brand and Creative role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in leading brand, creative, marketing, or design organizations, with a proven track record in high-growth technology companies. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise software, AI, hardware, public safety, or adjacent industries, and a deep understanding of modern brand building across digital, social, and emerging channels. The role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on creative leadership skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to influence at an executive level.
