Mueller Water Products seeks a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in its Chattanooga, TN machine shop. You will plan and lead production processes and personnel, coordinating with planning and materials to meet schedules and quality goals.
You will supervise equipment, mentor operators, and drive lean improvements to safety and efficiency. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in a union manufacturing setting, strong leadership, and excellent communication.
