Future Mobility is a start up. You'll work in a bullpen with your team, exchanging ideas, rapidly testing and iterating to solve functional design problems related to in-car experiences.
The FMC Experience Design Team is responsible for the design of all FMC interfaces across web, mobile and in-car screens. Our team consists of highly specialized Visual Designers, Interaction Designers, Prototypers, and Design Hybrids, working to create and continuously innovate the user interfaces of autonomous cars. Our mission is to push the in-car experience beyond what's expected by crafting designs that make our users measurably happy and drive the autonomous electric vehicle revolution forward.
The design team is a flat, individual responsibility and impact is big. Each member of the team is fully autonomous. They are leads for their interface functions and take full ownership of the design, responsible for every detail.
Job Description

As the UX/UI team develops it's cutting-edge in-car experience, we’re in need of an experienced

Producer

to support our design and development teams. In this role, you’ll work with a talented, distributed team of Systems Engineers, Developers, and Designers. The ideal candidate understands operational excellence and has a passion for reliability and polish. Partnering with our Process Lead, Interaction Developer, and UX/UI Director, you’ll help develop, track, and execute on high-level goals and daily operations which help us create the most cutting-edge in-car experience ever.
The person in this role will be responsible for the following:
Facilitating cross-team communication and planning for projects that span multiple teams.
Road-mapping and working with technical leads and cross-discipline process leads to understand and capture requirements for upcoming features and user experience milestones
Project tracking for the Process and Agile Project Manager, including Jira management
Developing, communicating, and tracking KPIs across design and development teams
Setting up, scheduling, and conducting regular, effective post mortem reviews
Tracking and managing cost related items while working with leads and product owners as needed
Ensuring critical needs from across teams are accounted for.
Recommend and empower teams with the appropriate project management tools, communication, reports, and support
Qualifications

Ability to create, track, and maintain schedules which address problems with development and design.
Demonstrated experience working as part of a team supporting a reliable, scalable, consumer-facing products
Experience pushing operational excellence
Knowledge of software development process, projectmanagement , and user experience design process
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Exceptional communications skills, both oral and written
Demonstrated ability to be successful in deeply technical environments and projects
Experience managing engineers and working with teams successfully developing technology
Passion for gaming technology
