PMMI Media Group is seeking a Trade Show Assistant to support the Show Department across Exhibitor and Attendee Services, operations, and marketing. The role involves handling inquiries, updating exhibitor records in Salesforce and Map Your Show, and assisting with booth space confirmations for domestic shows.
You will gather materials for staff books, process agreements, coordinate on-site logistics, and liaise with the Communications team for social media content.
