Remote Federal Proposals Manager — DoD & Govt Bids

Colossal Contracting LLC is seeking a Proposal Manager to support our in-house Proposals team focused on Federal Programs and Engineering, with remote work options and occasional reporting to our Annapolis, MD headquarters.
You will lead complex proposal efforts for the DoD and civilian agencies, creating compliance checklists, response outlines, templates, and management plans while coordinating with engineers and the sales team to gather intelligence and ensure 100% compliance.
