Hybrid Proposal Analyst: RFPs, Budgets & Coordination

Syneos Health is seeking a Proposal Analyst in the USA-NC-Morrisville area (Hybrid) to review and respond to RFPs from Business Development. You will coordinate SMEs, prepare proposal text and budgets, and ensure alignment with client specifications and internal assumptions.
The role requires CRO or pharmaceutical proposal experience, strong MS Office skills, and solid analytical, negotiation and organizational abilities. Collaboration with contracts, finance, and operations is essential.
