Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Style Advisor to join the Equinox team at its state‑of‑the‑art opening in Brickell Heights. This role focuses on providing unparalleled customer experience both in the shop and to Equinox members.

Responsibilities

Achieve assigned monthly sales goals and contribute to the store’s overall sales target.

Ensure an outstanding customer service experience for all shop visitors and Equinox members.

Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all club and shop services, programs, and products.

Adhere to loss prevention and inventory management policies and assist the Shop MOD with operational tasks.

Support merchandising and marketing direction to reflect company brand standards.

Maintain housekeeping, organization, and cleanliness standards on sales floors, cash wraps, and stockrooms.

Build effective relationships with teammates, supervisors, and clients to foster a collaborative environment.

Comply with all company policies and promote company initiatives.

Communicate effectively at all levels with tact and diplomacy.

Qualifications

Ability to take direction and work in a team setting.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably retail.

Hardworking, honest, and possessing strong integrity.

Excellent time management, organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Ability to learn and apply new techniques and ideas.

Flexibility to work a varied schedule that meets the needs of the retail business.

Essential Physical Requirements

Proficiency standing, sitting, walking, squatting, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
