Remote Workday Student Training & Documentation Specialist

Hamilton College seeks a Documentation & End User Training Specialist to lead a multi-year project implementing Workday Student. You will develop training materials, manage content, and produce engaging video tutorials for faculty, students, and staff.
The role partners with IT and campus stakeholders, supports initial launch and ongoing training, and requires adaptability to evolving Workday modules while aligning with diverse learning styles. Remote work is possible with standard campus hours.
