Online Work From Home

Product Testers are needed to work from home‑based across the United States for national and international companies. The role is a contract position with a guaranteed 15‑25 hours per week and hourly pay between $25 and $45, depending on the project. No experience is required. All materials and product samples are provided by the company, and payment is made weekly by direct deposit or cheque. In‑Home Usage Testers are independent contractors and must follow privacy and security guidelines.

Online Consumer Panels America is a consulting firm that designs and conducts in‑home usage testing to provide real‑time user feedback to product developers and market‑research firms.

Main Duties

Document In‑Home Usage Tests as instructed (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)

Care for the product and use it responsibly

Read and strictly follow the Daily Schedule for each project (unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage periods, review writing, photo taking, etc.)

Use MFour’s Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology when required

Participate in private chat rooms opened by the research firm, if applicable

Write reviews as requested in the Daily Schedule for each project

Requirements

Ability to follow specific instructions

Excellent attention to detail and curious spirit

Commit to 15‑25 hours per week and maintain a consistent routine

Have access to a computer and a reliable internet connection

Have a digital camera or cell phone capable of taking pictures

Be honest and reliable, with good communication skills (optional)

Be 18 years old or older
