To support a growing business line, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Account Executive will manage inbound tenant leads, oversee onboarding onto the TenantBase platform, and collaborate with peers to develop sales methodologies, either in Nashville or remotely.
Key responsibilities:

Qualify inbound tenant leads and manage their Commercial Real Estate search through the proprietary platform
Log and track communication meticulously through the CRM while creating weekly and monthly pipeline reports
Procure new business opportunities through networking and referrals, and conduct custom office space searches for tenants

Required qualifications:

Tennessee Real Estate License preferred or other state (salesperson or broker)
Strong knowledge of the commercial real estate market and brokerage community
Service-minded with a passion for helping businesses solve problems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff at all levels
High energy and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, changing industry
