Strategic Change Lead - Adoption & Communications

Jade Global is seeking a Sr Change Management Specialist to drive hands-on change management across LTCT. You will build a change network, assess stakeholder readiness, monitor resistance, and track adoption in partnership with the CM SME and Communications Lead.
You will design behavioural change strategies, lead communications efforts, and provide executive-ready insights to inform leadership decisions. Experience in SaaS/tech transformation is preferred.
