Marketplace Developer/Specialist (Amazon Emphasis)- On Site Position

Role Description As a Marketplace Developer/Specialist with an emphasis on Amazon at Luminess, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s marketplace presence, with a focus on Amazon. Your day-to-day tasks will include enhancing product listing quality, developing and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing performance metrics, handling advertising campaigns, and working to improve search rankings. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Greater Houston where close collaboration with internal teams is vital. This position would best be filled by someone who is a hard-working individual with a strong eye for details.
Qualifications Experience with online marketplaces such as Amazon, including product listing optimization, Amazon Advertising, and storefront management
Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance, conduct market research, and optimize based on data
Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
Knowledge of inventory management and fulfillment processes within a marketplace environment
Exceptional attention to detail, project management, and organizational skills
1 - 2 years of Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation tools; familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods industries is a plus
Knowledge of preventing listing hijacking and content overrides
Knowledge of Ensuring compliance with Amazon policies
Experience w/ Analyzing ACoS, ROAS, TACoS, and conversion data
TikTok Seller Center
Amazon Tools (Required) Helium 10 (keyword research, listing optimization, competitor tracking)
Amazon Brand Analytics
Amazon Advertising Console
Excel / Google Sheets (advanced level)
Inventory management tools
This is NOT an entry level position.

Pay will be based on experience in targeted field.
