The Information & Technology Services division needs a dynamic Web Application Developer to work within a national service organization that supports the Identity and Access Management Program. Our group is comprised of a collaborative team that supports strategic initiatives such as identity and access governance, convergence of physical and logical access, cloud and mobile access and advancing emerging technologies. This is a great opportunity for you to use your unique skills. You will have the opportunity to handle user interface design and development, mid-tier and back-end development as well as feature upgrades and fixes for existing products.

Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university or equivalent training and experience

Must be a US Citizen or a Green Card Holder with the intent to become a US Citizen

Desired Skills:

2+ years of experience with Identity Management concepts and technologies

Working knowledge of BMC, SailPoint, IBM Tivoli, or Oracle Identity Management suites

Experience with Grails and Groovy

Qualifications
Qualifications:

Technical Skills and Experience

2+ years of experience in web application development and support

2+ years of experience with Java/J2EE development with excellent object‑oriented analysis, design, and programming skills

Experience with relational database design and development

Ability to work using an Agile software development process, such as Scrum

Experience with source code management and change control
