We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Producer to support a wide range of creative productions across content, social, digital, experiential, broadcast, and emerging platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, collaborative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while keeping teams aligned and projects moving forward. Experience across traditional production as well as content, social, digital, experiential, and emerging platforms is key — AI is part of how we work, but it’s one tool among many in a craft-focused, full-spectrum production practice.

This position is a hybrid role based in New York, NY.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously across content, social, digital, experiential, and integrated campaigns

Build and maintain project timelines, trackers, calendars, and status documents

Coordinate internal teams, clients, vendors, freelancers, and production partners

Support budget tracking, estimates, purchase orders, invoicing, and production financials

Assist with production planning, scheduling, staffing, logistics, and execution

Manage project deliverables, approvals, asset organization, and handoffs

Help identify risks, flag issues early, and proactively drive solutions

Support content capture, post-production, creator productions, and emerging production workflows

Maintain a high level of organization across multiple workstreams and deadlines

Contribute to the continued evolution of production processes, tools, and best practices

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Agency production experience required (5-7 years)

Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously

Strong organizational and communication skills

Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight

Experience with production budgets, timelines, schedules, and deliverables

Understanding of business affairs, contracts, usage rights, and production workflows

Experience across traditional, content, social, digital, broadcast, or experiential production

Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools

Positive attitude, calm under pressure, and solutions-oriented approach

Physical Demands

Travel for production may be required

Salary & Benefits
The base salary range for this role at the time of posting $70,000 - $130,000. The salary an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on factors such as but not limited to: internal compensation of current employees in similar roles, market considerations, budgetary considerations, level of responsibility, background, experience, and qualifications.
