Senior .NET Front-End Developer (Full-Time)
We are hiring an experienced Senior .NET Front-End Develope r to join a long-term enterprise modernization project. This role is ideal for a developer with strong expertise in modern front-end technologies, the Microsoft technology stack, and building scalable, accessible Single Page Applications (SPAs). The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performing enterprise web applications while providing technical leadership and mentoring

s.Build responsive, user-friendly, and highly accessible web applications compliant with WCAG 2.x, Section 508, and ADA standard
s.Design and implement frontend state management strategies to improve scalability, maintainability, and performanc
e.Collaborate with backend teams to develop integrated full-stack solutions using ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and RESTful API
s.Develop and consume secure REST APIs while integrating with Microsoft SQL Server and Teradata database
e.Develop reusable UI components, shared frontend libraries, and enterprise design standard
s.Establish frontend engineering standards, coding guidelines, testing methodologies, and CI/CD quality processe
s.Conduct peer code reviews, mentor developers, and promote software engineering best practice
s.Partner with UX designers, architects, business analysts, and product owners to deliver scalable enterprise solution
s.Participate in architecture reviews, technical design sessions, Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and estimatio
n.Develop automated testing strategies to improve software quality and deployment reliabilit
y.Utilize Git and Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source control, version management, and release coordinatio
