Roles and Responsibilities

Provide infrastructure and application support in a production environment.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows servers, virtualization platforms, and end-user environments.

Manage incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and change activities through successful resolution.

Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory and related identity services.

Support Microsoft technologies, VMware virtualization platforms, and enterprise infrastructure.

Participate in scheduled on-call rotations to support production environments.

Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.

Collaborate with engineering, networking, security, and operations teams to ensure platform stability.

Perform system upgrades, patching, maintenance, and platform enhancements.

Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and operational best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience administering Microsoft Active Directory in enterprise environments.

Expertise with VMware vSphere, PowerCLI, and/or vSphere SDKs.

Hands-on experience with VMware Horizon.

Strong knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) management.

Experience with block-level and file-level storage protocols, SAN switching, enterprise storage arrays, and replication technologies.

Technical understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and the Microsoft Entra Admin Center.

Experience with Microsoft Entra Connect (formerly Azure AD Connect).

Working knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including certificate management and authentication services.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.

Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation.

Knowledge of Windows Server administration, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and identity lifecycle management.

Experience with ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.
