All-Fill, Inc. is hiring: Technical Writer in Exton

Scope of Position All Fill is looking for a motivated Technical Writer to create and maintain documentation that contributes to customer satisfaction and success of our equipment. The role is onsite at our facility in Exton, PA. Remote work is not available for this position.
Principal Responsibilities Create and maintain equipment manuals for standard and custom machinery, including sequence of operations, machine setup, installation, maintenance, safety instruction, controls and operator interface screen information, and troubleshooting suggestions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts such as Engineers, Service Technicians, and Product Managers.
Assist with development of specialized documentation such as IQ, OQ, PQ, and Risk Assessments.
Investigate available tools to improve word processing, graphics, and page layout efficiency.
Perform other duties as required.
Competencies / Qualifications Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings.
Ability to create and annotate supporting illustrations and graphics.
Thorough knowledge of graphics programs (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).
Thorough knowledge of page layout programs (e.g., Quark Xpress).
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in AutoCAD / Solidworks.
Knowledge of scanning and printing techniques.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Exceptional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in English or STEM, or at least four years of experience in technical writing.
Ability to apply new media technology to manual development processes.
Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work This is a full‑time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The job will be performed onsite at our facility in Exton, PA.
Travel No travel is required for this position.
