Lincoln Savings Bank is seeking a Retail Trainer to lead end-to-end onboarding and promotion training for Retail employees in Grinnell or Tama, IA. The role combines hands-on in-person and virtual instruction, with coaching to build confidence, knowledge, and decision-making skills.
You will partner with branch and regional leadership to standardize training, monitor progress on the Salesforce Training Tracker, and ensure timely completion of training activities while maintaining high quality
