Red Bank, NJ – Spitball is a full-service creative agency looking for a frontend web developer to collaborate closely with strategy and design teams. The role requires strong communication skills to meet client objectives and maintain internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with account, strategy and creative teams to ensure digital solutions are technically feasible.

Problem solve and tackle challenging projects, turning layered PSDs of visually complex designs into usable websites.

Build new and maintain existing websites in HTML and WordPress.

Develop websites, mobile sites, intranets, email marketing and other digital projects based on project requirements, architecture and manuscripts.

Ensure final work is free from errors.

Core Skills

Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Build cross-browser/platform, search-friendly code.

Proficiency in mobile/responsive design and development.

Animation and parallax coding is essential.

Create custom themes and content modules in WordPress.

Implement online tracking beyond standard block of code.

Python/Django and Shopify experience is a plus.

Qualifications
Provide coded samples or URLs and hourly rate in application. Incorrect or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
