Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Audi Hampton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve outstanding results, ensuring excellent customer service and growth in both retail and group sales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans for both hotel and service departments.

Coordinate sales efforts with transient demand patterns and existing group business to maximize revenue.

Oversee front‑end and service sales operations, ensuring efficient and accurate detailing of events and bookings.

Drive a high‑performing selling culture across the store, fostering teamwork and accountability.
