Overview Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) is a family‑owned transportation leader seeking a Regional Office Sales Manager to lead the Lenexa office.
Pay Range Base salary $90,000–$120,000 per year + performance incentives.
Responsibilities Build and manage a high‑performing sales team.
Drive office profitability and manage a $1M+ book of business.
Recruit, interview, and mentor staff.
Book freight, quote, and negotiate rates.
Develop local marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications 2–5 years of management experience.
Knowledge of logistics/transportation industry.
Sales, marketing, and customer service expertise.
Entrepreneurial mindset and self‑starter attitude.
Higher education preferred but not required.
