Client Relations & Marketing Manager

Denver, CO (On-Site) | $80,000–$100,000/year + bonus potential

Are you a polished storyteller who knows how to build a killer deck, run a HubSpot pipeline, and grow real relationships with financial advisors?

We're a boutique real estate investment and management company focused on multifamily housing, and we're looking for someone who can be the face and the pen behind our client relationships and marketing — supporting our firm and its private perpetual REIT. You'll work directly with leadership in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas and follow-through actually shape the outcome.

What you'll be doing

  • Building and refining polished, executive-level PowerPoint decks — investor presentations, firm overviews, and materials for our private perpetual REIT
  • Owning relationships with RIAs, family offices, wealth managers, and financial advisors — you'll be the person they call, and the person tracking every touchpoint in HubSpot
  • Running our social media presence, especially LinkedIn — planning and posting content that builds credibility with an investment-savvy audience
  • Writing story-led, data-backed content: newsletters, fact sheets, case studies, and campaign materials
  • Managing quarterly campaigns and monthly newsletters from concept to send
  • Using HubSpot (or similar CRM) to track outreach, inbound inquiries, follow-ups, and relationship status
  • Reviewing what's working (and what's not) in your campaigns, and bringing ideas to the table
  • Translating leadership's business updates and strategy into clean, professional client-facing materials

What you bring

  • 3+ years in marketing, client relations, investor communications, or business development within financial services — this background is essential
  • Direct experience working with RIAs, family offices, wealth managers, or asset managers
  • Strong, demonstrated PowerPoint/deck-building skills — you should be ready to show us your best work
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM/marketing platform, and comfort managing LinkedIn or other social channels for a professional audience
  • Excellent writing — clear, polished, and persuasive for a sophisticated audience
  • Confidence on the phone and in person with senior leadership and outside contacts
  • Strong organizational instincts — you can juggle multiple clients, deadlines, and campaign calendars without dropping a ball

Nice to have

  • Experience in commercial real estate, multifamily, private investments, or alternative asset management
  • Familiarity with private placement, REIT, or alternative investment marketing materials
  • Experience supporting investor-facing materials at a boutique or founder-led firm
