Responsibilities

Collaborate as well as work independently to develop and craft powerful creative concepts and executions of assigned projects across a variety of mediums, including print, social, digital, outdoor, TV, radio.

Communicate effectively and work closely with all departments as a team player to ensure the creative needs of agency clients are met.

Manage multiple assignments across multiple clients.

Flexibility and willingness to adapt your ideas to fit client needs and strategy.

Build compelling decks for client presentations and pitch work.

Requirements

5+ years of agency experience is a must.

Excellent conceptual and design skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.

Comfortable working under pressure and able to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.

Strong collaborator.

Strong concept and strategy development skills.

Manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Handle all facets of production and post-production with minimal supervision.

Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
