As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, attract and retain customers, and boost company revenue. Your role is critical in implementing innovative marketing strategies and driving business development efforts to achieve our organizational goals.

Strategic Marketing and Campaign Execution
Develop and deploy impactful marketing campaigns from concept through to execution, leveraging traditional marketing, SEO, digital ads, email marketing, social media, events, seminars, PR, and brand media management.
Compose, edit, and post engaging online content on the company’s website and manage social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, gaining insights to refine strategies and achieve marketing goals.
Brand Management
Lead the creation of marketing materials, including point-of-sale materials, packaging, and literature for exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events.
Own and guide the marketing calendar, ensuring timely and effective execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Direct the entire brand management process, enhancing brand visibility and consistency across all markets and media.
Content Strategy and Execution
Develop a comprehensive content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals, collaborating closely with the Sales Manager to ensure cohesion.
Oversee and produce content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing targets.
Manage SEO strategies and Google AdWords campaigns to enhance online presence and drive website traffic.
Market Research
Conduct in-depth market research to gather insights on customer preferences and market trends. Stay updated with competitors' strategies and industry advancements to ensure our marketing strategies are competitive and innovative.
Monthly, Weekly, and Daily Tasks
Monthly: Schedule social media posts, analyze marketing data, and prepare detailed marketing reports.
Weekly: Monitor ongoing campaigns, engage with social media audiences, plan upcoming content, and perform competitor analysis.
Daily: Create content for multiple channels, manage email marketing initiatives, ensure website content is current, and conduct continuous market research.
Additional Responsibilities
Design and produce flyers, social media posts, and marketing materials using tools like Adobe and Canva.
Coordinate company newsletters, gathering content and managing distribution.
Support onsite production by capturing photos and videos for marketing use.
Must be proactive, self‑directed, and highly motivated.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
The job operates in a professional office environment and will include off‑site location visits and some outdoor exposure when visiting clients. Moderate noise level. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type and Hours of Work
This is a full‑time position. Employees are sometimes required to work for extended periods of time, being flexible in the hours which could include weekends.
Required Education and Experience
Preferred fields of study include Marketing and Business Administration.
2+ years of related professional experience in marketing roles, including hands‑on experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, campaign management, and possibly team leadership.
Additional training or certifications in marketing disciplines such as digital marketing, content strategy, SEO, and analytics can be highly beneficial.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop strategic marketing plans and insights into how they will drive business outcomes.
Analytical Proficiency: Skills in analyzing market data to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with key marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and digital advertising.
Must be proficient and have a good working understanding of the latest technologies, such as but not limited to Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others.
Ability to multitask and work independently or with a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to work under time constraints to meet goals.
Must be available for all emergency calls and have the ability to react and address all emergencies in a timely manner.
Must have a valid Florida driver’s license.
