Position Summary
Octapharma USA is searching for a Regional Sales Director, Key Accounts - West to join our team. The Regional Director - Key Accounts is responsible for providing tactical sales direction and leadership to the Key Account Managers in their region to achieve national sales objectives as outlined by the VP Sales. They are responsible for hiring and developing, as well as coaching to success, the sales team to ensure a positive experience for the customer and successful promotion of the portfolio. The Regional Director - Key Accounts must work seamlessly with the cross functional teams (National Accounts, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Patient Experience Managers) as well as the Vice President Sales in implementing training and developing business plans that support the execution of the brand plan. The Regional Director - Key Accounts is responsible for ensuring that his/her team achieves quota for all portfolio products.

This position is responsible for 11 direct reports across the Western US.

Requirements

Must be located in Western United States

Minimum of 3 years management experience with demonstrated success in driving accountability for meeting sales objectives

Previous experience in Biologics preferred

Competence in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

CRM experience with Salesforce a plus

Compensation and Benefit Summary
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $190,000.00 to $220,000.00 ; however, unexpected, and necessary adjustments or increases may result from Company annual salary increases, if applicable, and or fluctuations in the job market necessitating adjustments to pay ranges. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits, including parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at‑will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
