Transformation Associate
The Transformation Associate will execute specific transformation projects to support JLL's Strategy 2030, reporting to the Global Head of Transformation or Transformation Program Manager. This role is responsible for managing individual project workstreams within larger transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery of project objectives, timelines, and outcomes that contribute to enterprise-wide strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution

Manage end-to-end execution of transformation projects within the Strategy 2030 framework

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements for assigned initiatives

Execute specific workstreams within the 3-5 strategic big bet transformation programs

Coordinate project activities across business lines (Leasing Advisory, Capital Markets, REMS) and functions

Ensure project deliverables align with program objectives and strategic priorities

Project Operations & Delivery

Track project milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities

Manage project scope, timeline, and resource allocation to meet committed deliverables

Facilitate project team meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder reviews

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration

Drive issue resolution and elevate roadblocks to program leadership as needed

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

Maintain regular communication with project sponsors and key stakeholders

Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates

Facilitate change management activities to drive project adoption and implementation

Coordinate with business line project leads and functional subject matter experts

Support vendor management and external consultant coordination as required

Performance Monitoring & Quality Assurance

Monitor project KPIs, success metrics, and milestone achievement

Track project ROI and business value delivery against established targets

Conduct quality assurance reviews of project deliverables and outcomes

Document lessons learned and contribute to transformation office knowledge base

Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools

Additional Responsibilities

Structure and organize project tasks, deliverables, and timelines independently

Create and execute detailed project plans with clear goals and expected outcomes

Manage project activities autonomously while maintaining program alignment

Communicate project status effectively to team members and stakeholders at all levels

Facilitate productive project meetings and decision-making processes

Collaborate across time zones using digital productivity and communication tools

Present project information in clear, structured formats for various audiences

Manage multiple project workstreams and competing priorities simultaneously

Ensure all project deliverables are completed efficiently and meet quality standards

Adapt project approach to meet changing business needs and requirements

Provide and receive feedback to ensure project success and personal development

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification or project management credentials preferred

3-5 years of project management experience with 2+ years in transformation or change initiatives

Experience in professional services, real estate, or related industries preferred

Proven track record delivering projects in complex, matrix organizational environments

Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches)

Advanced Microsoft Office Suite capabilities, particularly Project, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience with project management software tools (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, MS Project)

Basic financial analysis and budget tracking capabilities

Understanding of change management principles and implementation practices

Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail

Ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations

Proven success coordinating cross-functional teams and activities

Experience managing project timelines, dependencies, and resource constraints

Risk identification and mitigation planning capabilities

Compensation
Estimated compensation for this position: 150,000.00 - 180,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.

On-site – New York, NY (requires working from our HQ office at least 3 days per week)
