What you will do
- Define and execute the digital manufacturing strategy aligned with Daikin’s transformation goals and product-centric operating model.
- Lead and mentor business analysts in developing and delivering solutions that meet business needs and drive measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Digital) to ensure manufacturing processes and deliverables are integrated and aligned with enterprise platforms.
- Oversee the deployment and optimization of manufacturing ERP technologies, including ERP systems (Oracle, SAP B1, SAP S4/HANA) for manufacturing analytics and platforms for actionable insights and decision support.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and consulting partners to define project scope, timeline, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage a detailed roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Drive automation, digitization, and integration across manufacturing workflows and ERP interfaces.
- Enhance business stakeholder collaboration and communication through digital platforms and data transparency.
- Implement tools and processes that support manufacturing innovation, performance tracking, and risk mitigation.
- Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and user‑centric design.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions across the enterprise.
- Be a key leader on the digital team to support the transition from Oracle R12 to SAP S/4HANA.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years in a digital leadership role with a focus on ERP implementations.
- Proven experience managing business analysts and delivering digital solutions in a global manufacturing or industrial environment, working with large‑scale ERP systems and transformations, specifically Oracle and/or SAP.
- Extensive functional supply chain or manufacturing knowledge, ERP systems and analytics platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working within a Digital (IT) organization and driving cross‑functional digital initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- In‑depth knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 and/or SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.
- Familiarity with Configure‑to‑Order (CTO) and Engineer‑to‑Order (ETO) processes.
- Understanding of fit‑gap analysis, process mapping, and best practices in ERP design.
- Experience developing and executing change management strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to technical and non‑technical audiences.

Compensation
The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $142,600 to $250,900 (+30% bonus in MN). The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
