- Lead a team of Communication Managers responsible for client consulting and execution of Health and Welfare benefits communication
- Mentor and inspire a geographically distributed team
- Coach teams on effective project management and operational excellence
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners on communication strategies
- Drive continuous improvement and develop high-quality communications for Plan Sponsors and Participants
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree – required or equivalent experience
- Proven management experience developing and supporting a diverse range of associates
- Communications/Operations/Process Delivery experience is required
- Highly organized and able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and collaboration skills
- Experience in health care and employee benefits communications
