Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
Complete Care is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead census development and community outreach for two premier Assisted Living communities: Complete Care at Holmdel and Complete Care at Whispering Woods .
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of sales and marketing experience within Assisted Living communities
- Strong healthcare industry knowledge and healthcare acumen
- Proven ability to build referral relationships and drive occupancy growth
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills
- Results-driven with a passion for helping seniors and their families
