The Opportunity

You'll own complex, high-visibility programs for some of the world's most prestigious automotive and luxury brands, partnering with industry-leading creatives, strategists, and account leaders to transform ambitious ideas into unforgettable experiences. As a senior production leader, you'll drive every stage of execution from concept development through live delivery, overseeing budgets, operations, logistics, vendor partnerships, and cross‑functional teams to ensure every program is delivered on time, on budget, and to the uncompromising standards our clients expect. What You'll Do

The Production Director plays a critical leadership role within the Interluxe Group Experiential team, overseeing the successful delivery of multiple agency programs from brief through execution.

You will own the production vision and execution of complex experiential programs, leading multidisciplinary teams from initial concept through flawless live delivery. You'll serve as the senior production partner to clients, creatives, and account leadership while building trusted relationships with the industry's best vendors and production partners.

Who You Are

You're an experienced production leader who excels at turning ambitious ideas into flawlessly executed experiences. With a background in experiential marketing, ideally within luxury, automotive, or premium lifestyle brands, you bring strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a calm, solutions‑oriented approach to every challenge.

You're an exceptional communicator and collaborative leader who builds trust with clients, inspires teams, and leads with accountability. Equally comfortable in the details and the big picture, you're passionate about developing people, solving complex challenges, and continually raising the standard of what's possible.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in experiential production, live events, or integrated marketing, preferably within luxury, automotive, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Proven success leading multiple large‑scale, high‑profile experiential programs from concept through execution.
  • Demonstrated expertise in production operations, budgeting, logistics, vendor management, fabrication, and live event execution.
  • Exceptional financial acumen with experience developing, managing, and reconciling multi‑million‑dollar program budgets.
  • Confident client leader with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with senior executives and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges, develop solutions, and make sound decisions in fast‑moving environments.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams while mentoring and developing producers and project teams.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions‑oriented, with a calm, composed presence under pressure.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, project management platforms, and production management tools.
  • 45% Travel Requirement; must be willing to travel domestically, potentially internationally, including evenings and weekends, as required by client programs.
