About The Role

Director of GTM & Business Strategy Own the full product launch lifecycle from concept through post‑launch analysis across all brands in the portfolio. Manage timelines, stakeholder alignment, inventory, packaging and fulfillment to ensure on‑time market entries. Serve as the connective tissue between departments and lead strategic kickoff meetings. Design scalable GTM playbooks and improve AI‑powered launch reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full product launch lifecycle from concept through post‑launch analysis, building comprehensive timelines that establish critical path milestones.
  • Drive accountability across teams by maintaining stakeholder alignment to deadlines and centralized documentation for all launch plans.
  • Ensure operational readiness by coordinating inventory, packaging and fulfillment requirements while managing timelines to prevent bottlenecks.
  • Lead strategic kickoff meetings and deliver structured updates to executive leadership, providing visibility into progress and risk.
  • Translate complex project details into clear, actionable information for cross‑functional teams.
  • Spot roadblocks early and drive swift resolution using deep understanding of company strategy.
  • Iterate on standardized GTM playbooks and post‑launch retros, continuously sharpening launch planning and execution.
  • Design scalable processes and optimize project management tools to support a growing, multi‑brand launch calendar.
  • Build AI‑powered processes and reporting for full launch program management.
  • Help clarify the ROI of past launches and shape launch strategy heading into future years.

Qualifications

  • 8‑10+ years in project management or GTM/strategic operations within DTC, CPG or eCommerce, with experience handling multiple complex projects.
  • Strong cross‑functional leadership across product, finance, operations and marketing, with proficiency in project management platforms.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen – experience building standardized launch templates and leading capacity planning.
  • Data‑driven decision maker who uses post‑launch metrics while keeping sight of the bigger business picture.

Compensation & Benefits
