About the role: Define product vision and roadmap, work with executive leadership to identify opportunities, launch market‑leading products, and build a high‑performing product organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own overall product strategy and vision.
- Lead development of AI‑native and blockchain‑enabled products.
- Drive rapid experimentation, MVP development, and continuous product improvement.
- Use customer insights and data to guide product decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Leadership teams.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing product team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading product strategy and delivering successful products at scale.
- Deep interest in AI, with hands‑on experience using or building with modern AI tools and agents.
- Strong understanding of product development, experimentation, and growth.
- Experience in Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency is highly desirable.
- Strategic thinker with excellent decision‑making and leadership skills.
- Commercially minded, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.
- Building AI‑powered products or autonomous agent applications.
- Knowledge of crypto incentives, token economies, or decentralized systems.
