Green Imaging Sales Director/Executive
There is a significant opportunity to accelerate Green Imaging’s national scaling efforts by securing a seasoned sales leader who deeply understands the employer benefits ecosystem. This role is pivotal for driving growth through strategic partnerships with brokers, TPAs, unions and self‑funded employers. Preferred locations are Texas and Florida.

Role Overview
As the Sales Director, you will lead the acquisition of Green Imaging’s largest and most strategic clients. You will serve as the face of the organization in the broker and TPA community to deepen and expand Green Imaging’s referral relationships from this community. You will also leverage your extensive industry network to create direct‑to‑employer opportunities and integrate our direct‑contract radiology solution into health plans and care navigation solutions. This is a high‑impact, results‑driven role designed for a “Swiss army knife” professional who can navigate the complexities of self‑funded benefits with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales & Acquisition : Drive the full sales lifecycle for large employer groups, from initial prospecting and value proposition communication to final contract execution.
- Broker & Channel Management : Develop and nurture high‑level relationships with large brokerage houses and benefits advisors to ensure Green Imaging is the preferred “bolt‑on” diagnostic solution.
- Data‑Driven Pipeline Management : Utilize CRM as the definitive “source of truth” to manage a high volume of opportunities, actively follow up with pipeline prospects, reporting regularly on progress toward aggressive sales goals.
- Industry Advocacy : Represent Green Imaging at key industry events and associations to build a robust referral network and stay ahead of market trends.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with implementation, legal, and data teams to ensure complex client workflows and billing pathways (e.g., EDI 837/835) are successfully established.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Passion : Desire to be a leader in a forward‑thinking benefits ecosystem focused on positively transforming and fixing our healthcare system.
- Drive : High energy, persistent and excited to run very hard.
- Industry Expertise : 10–15 years of experience in the healthcare benefits industry, with a proven track record in selling to medium and large employer groups.
- Domain Knowledge : Deep understanding of self‑funded plan designs, including qualified high‑deductible health plans (qHDHP), and the roles of TPAs and brokers.
- Network : Existing, strong relationships with brokers in major brokerage houses are a significant advantage.
- Technical Literacy : High proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho), Google Workspace, and data‑centric sales tools.
- Agility : Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, lean “startup” environment and adapt to the dynamic nature of a growing organization.
- Follow‑up : Organized and consistent, strong follow‑up.
- Communication : Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to translate and collaborate on complex healthcare benefit plan concepts for diverse stakeholders.
