Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities: Train Daily on 12 Month Business Growth Plan
Oversee and track the marketing for each plan
Plan Timing and Execution of Each System

Referral Marketing System
Usings Listings to Get More Listings
Using Buyers to Get More Listings
Direct Mail Systems
More Ads More Places More Often
Marketing for House Tours
Free Ad Systems
Track the lead response for each plan

Qualifications: Knowledge of direct response marketing
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
Good phone skills
Motivated to help the team improve sales
