Digital Marketing Manager

HME Companies is seeking a strategic, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale our digital marketing performance across a growing portfolio of brands, including Peaceful Pines Senior Living and HME Care.
This is a high-impact, hands-on ownership role responsible for driving measurable business outcomes, supporting occupancy growth, lead generation, and recruitment through integrated digital marketing strategies.
You will lead the direction, execution, and optimization of campaigns across paid media, organic search, website performance, content, and CRM channels, while translating meaningful human stories into high-performing marketing experiences.
What You'll Own:
End-to-End Digital Performance

Lead integrated digital strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels
Drive measurable outcomes including qualified leads, conversions, and engagement

Demand Generation & Growth

Build and optimize campaigns to support Senior Living and Multi-family occupancy
Manage budget allocation across channels to maximize ROI

Paid Media & Acquisition

Own paid search and paid social strategy, execution, and optimization
Monitor CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and funnel performance

SEO & Organic Growth

Lead SEO strategy including technical health, keyword targeting, and content optimization
Identify opportunities in evolving search behaviors (including AI-driven search experiences)

Content & Brand Experience

Oversee a unified content strategy across website, blog, email, and social
Ensure messaging consistency across multiple brands and audience segments
Translate brand stories into compelling, conversion-oriented content

Website & Conversion Optimization

Manage 3rd party development partner to drive site development and enhancements
Identify and drive implementation of website improvements, enhancing UX and conversion rates

Analytics & Reporting

Own marketing performance reporting across all digital channels
Analyze KPIs and continuously optimize toward business goals

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with operations, sales, and leadership to align marketing and advertising efforts with organizational goals
Manage external vendors or agencies

What Success Looks Like:
Increased qualified leads and inquiries across brands
Improved occupancy and service utilization
Reduced cost per acquisition and improved campaign efficiency
Strong, consistent brand presence across all digital channels
Data-driven decision making embedded in marketing strategy
Ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment
What You Bring:
3–5+ years of experience in performance-driven digital marketing
Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Marketing, or similar
Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns tied to business outcomes
Hands-on experience with:

Paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
SEO tools and strategies
Email marketing and CRM systems

Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4 and marketing dashboards
Working knowledge of website platforms and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
Experience managing multiple projects, brands, or audiences simultaneously
Nice to Have:
Experience in the senior living industry
Experience with marketing automation / CRM platforms (e.g., Birdeye, META Business Suite)
Experience in work management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)
