Talent Manager - Remote

Responsibilities

Lead the HR within Portugal and other European countries;

Source the most talented IT experts and Software Developers in South Europe and LATAM;

Responsible for candidate journey and Onboardings;

Ensure candidate journey for recruitment process is upkept and optimised;

Develop and communicate the employer brand as a key culture ambassador;

Plan, develop and follow up on the engagement plan, events and team buildings;

Develop and manage a brilliant and fun employee experience;

Continue to boost an open feedback & communication culture;

Admin HR management tasks such as compliance with labour law, health and safety standards, payroll, contract administration, internal reporting, employee benefits, etc;

Requirements

Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or a similar area;

Experience in IT Recruitment (+ 2 years);

Fluent in English (French is a plus);

Proactive, motivated & driven.
