Job Overview
The Director, CCH will lead and direct Market Unit sales activities for new and existing outlets or convert potential prospects to meet or exceed targeted goals in Volume, Revenue, DNGSP. This role will drive Leadership performance for their frontline teammates to achieve our business plan and provide best in class customer support; works closely with the Senior Director TCOS, MU Sales, and Operations Teams. The Director will provide direction for and manage the leadership team in CCH Managers, Leads to drive results through executing sales strategies, maximizing customer engagement and support, optimizing teammate productivity, and the overall customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

Coaches, teaches, and trains Sales Managers to successfully deliver business results

Direct, lead, and motivate a team to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines; engage and develop teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training; implement continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus, and embody company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership

Provides honest assessments of team members for effectiveness and development and resources for learning to create strategic developmental plans necessary to support continuous improvement and career growth opportunities

Make primary decisions on staffing, resource allocation, and headcount optimization; resolve employee-related issues and concerns, work closely with the Senior Director and HR/ER Business Partners

Leads cross-functional collaboration by partnering with other functional departments to ensure shared expectations are met and exceeded

Drive leader activities to meet and exceed goals for Volume, Revenue, and Dead Net Gross Selling Profit; execute against CCH targets for Sales and Marketing initiatives/incentives; coordinate, plan, and execute sales and support strategies with MU Sales and Operations; National Accounts; Marketing and Commercialization, and TCOS CCH Leadership

Identify, create, and implement initiatives, projects, capabilities that enhance Customer Engagement and leader/teammate effectiveness related to sales, support; promoting overall business growth and drive successful myCoke adoption (where applicable)

Represent CCH on various cross-functional projects

Implements continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus, and embodies company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

7 years progressive management experience in soft drink, beverage industry or related industry strongly preferred

Proven customer management ability strongly preferred

Sales management skills

2-years minimum experience leading leaders, managing and, or training; proven ability to coach, teach, train, and develop leaders

Advanced ability to influence others at all levels, including C-suite members, and to deliver against complex, competing priorities with time-sensitive and critical deadlines

Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail required transparent communication when making critical decisions that impact employees, contact center, customers, and our business partners

Ability to admit errors, with a recommended resolution, and foster the same environment for direct reports and teammates alike

Advanced experience with MS Office 365, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Demonstrated exposure to managing, overseeing, or supporting business improvement or related projects

Driven toward delivering results; goal-oriented, with a mindset for continuous improvement; to inspire and develop others through a creative and innovative thought process

Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed

Minimum Qualifications

Associate's degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (4 years) in Business, Business Management, Communications, or Finance

Knowledge acquired through 3 to up to 5 years of work experience

Minimum 25%-40% travel requirements
