Associate Director of Scientific Communications

Supporting the implementation of global scientific communications strategies, the full-time Associate Director of Scientific Communications will develop compelling content for healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of globally aligned medical communications strategies for CNS assets
Contribute to the development of integrated Medical Communication Plans and track execution of deliverables
Ensure scientific accuracy and compliance across all communication outputs while fostering cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent) in science, medicine, or related field
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Medical Affairs or Scientific Communications within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
At least 3+ years of leadership experience managing team members
Demonstrated experience in supporting global communication strategies and integrated planning processes
Strong experience in the CNS therapeutic area is preferred
