Federal Proposals Director — Lead Winning Bids & Team

Emerging Tech, LLC is seeking a Director of Proposals to lead and direct the company’s proposal development function. You will oversee the full lifecycle of proposals for government and commercial solicitations, collaborating with BD, capture, pricing, contracts, and technical teams to deliver compliant, competitive submissions.
This hands-on leadership role requires managing and producing proposals while building a high-performing team, reporting to the Chief Growth Officer.
