Agent Supervisor: Lead, Train & Improve State Operations

Acumen LLC seeks an Agent Supervisor to lead and grow the self-directed community presence across the state. You will train, guide and supervise Agents, ensure contract compliance, and drive process improvements while managing data accuracy and performance metrics.
Responsibilities include handling Enrollment, Budgeting, and Agent workflows, developing remediation plans, and coordinating with leadership on training initiatives and external communications.
