Senior Integrated Marketing Specialist – Overview
Lead integrated marketing execution for US customer programs, ensuring alignment to business objectives and downstream activation. This role spans both established high‑impact portfolios and an emerging high‑growth renal denervation business, balancing scale, innovation, and speed to shape how these businesses appear in the market.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute promotional support for major US congresses and events, coordinating messaging, channels, and timelines.
Manage paid digital media initiatives, including planning, execution, optimization, and performance review.
Oversee media placements and promotions with media vendors, partnering with internal stakeholders and agencies for timely and effective delivery.
Collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, education, analytics, agencies, and creative partners to deliver integrated, high‑quality programs.
Ensure consistent messaging and coordinated execution across both business initiatives.
Translate business needs into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables, managing multiple initiatives in parallel.
Contribute to additional integrated marketing initiatives as needed based on evolving priorities.
Develop and implement enterprise‑wide integrated marketing programs aligned to brand and business objectives.
Leverage paid, owned, earned, and shared channels to deliver cohesive, omni‑channel marketing experiences.
Partner cross‑functionally to align strategy, execution, and measurement across stakeholders.
Use data, insights, and performance metrics to inform optimization and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to corporate processes, compliance requirements, and brand standards.
Performs other duties as assigned related to integrated marketing.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
4+ years of relevant marketing experience (or 2 years with an advanced degree).
Demonstrated experience executing integrated marketing or downstream activation programs.
Hands‑on experience with paid media planning, execution, and performance measurement.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Proven ability to operate effectively in both structured environments and ambiguous, fast‑evolving business contexts.
Ability to influence without authority and build trusted relationships across teams.
For degrees earned outside the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
