Headwear Apparel Designer — Trend-Driven Collection Lead

Brixton is seeking an Apparel Designer for our Carlsbad office. You will conceptualize, design, and develop innovative apparel collections aligned with our identity and seasonal direction.
Expect to work onsite at least three days per week and to lead both men’s and women’s cut & sew and printable assortments. You will research trends, craft color palettes, fabrics, trims, and embellishments, and create compelling tech packs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet market and cost
